This Menu is designed for those trying to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle!  We create portioned, balanced, gourmet meals that are cooked fresh and available for pickup every Monday and Thursday.  Meals are packaged in microwave safe containers. Simply Heat and Eat! 

The process is simple: Place your order via email to chefpoche@gmail.com. Include your Name, Meal Numbers and Quantities you would like to order, Contact Phone Number and Time of pickup or delivery. Minimum order of 2 meals required. Orders must be placed by 5pm on Sundays and Wednesdays for pickup or delivery the following day. We will respond within 24 hours of order with confirmation and total.

You can pick up at our kitchen at your designated time on Monday and Thursday conveniently located at 1150 East Pine Street, Ponchatoula LA 70454. (On the corner of Wayne St and Hwy 22.)

We accept Cash, Check or Credit due at time of pickup​.
