Seafood Stuffed Catfish w/ Tasso Butter served w/ Lemon Garlic Roasted Broccoli and Cheddar Biscuit

Dessert: Chocolate Raspberry Bread Pudding

Salad: La Seafood Ceasar (Shrimp, Crab, Crawfish over Romaine w/ Caesar Dressing, Parmesan and Croutons) $8

Cajun Chicken Cordon Bleu w/ Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce served w/ Herb Roasted Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts
Dessert: Cafe Latte Turtle Cake
Salad: "T"LT Salad w/ Sliced Avocado (Cajun spin on a classic BLT, we substitute bacon for smoky tasso. Tasso, tomato and avocado served over crispy romaine with croutons and a garlic ranch aioli.) $8

Roasted Pork Tenderloin w/ Grilled Peach Salsa served with Ratatouille and Warm Potato Salad
Dessert: Salty Caramel and Pecan Oatmeal Cookies
Salad: Grilled Peach Spring/Spinach Salad (Grilled Peach, Sun dried tomato, caramelized onion, goat's cheese and pecans over a bead of spring mix and spinach w/ a peach balsamic dressing) $8


Braised "Mojo" Beef over Steamed Rice (Cuban inspired marinated beef cooked low and slow in a citrus broth and shredded over long grain rice.) Served w/ Spicy Black Beans and Honey Cilantro Corn

Dessert: Key Lime Pie

Salad: Chili Lime Fajita Salad (Shredded "Mojo" Beef over crispy Romaine, caramelized onion, grilled peppers, sauteed mushrooms, and fresh tomato with queso fresco and a chili lime vinaigrette.) $8

Chicken Caprese Stack (Layered slices of roasted chicken, fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil topped with a balsamic glaze) served with Mushroom and Parmesan Risotto and Grilled Asparagus

Dessert: Black Forest Cherry Cake
